An easy weight loss plan that is guaranteed to work better - and last longer - than any fad diet or pill, is to make a couple simple changes to your regular diet.

First, eat 5-6 small meals a day at regular intervals. DON'T skip meals. That is a sure way to binge at the first opportunity. Instead, eat frequent small meals that consist of low-fat protein sources, fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, or whole grain products. Eat several servings of both fruits and vegetables in those small meals.

Second, an easy weight loss plan is made even easier if you drink a lot of water. Water not only flushes out your system, but even more important for dieters - it is very filling. 6-8 glasses of water will keep your stomach from telling you that it wants something to eat. Drink a large glass of water before every meal and you will undoubtedly eat less without thinking twice.

Easy Weight Loss Tip

Here is one of the easiest tips for losing weight I've ever found. Just add one simple 10-minute activity to your day. It needs to be an activity that is aerobic, though it doesn't have to be strenuous (in fact, it's better if it's not when you're just starting). Then do it every day until it becomes so easy that you find it simple to add an additional 10-minute activity. When you are at 30 minutes a day, you are already getting the optimum cardiovascular activity doctors recommend.

If you start slowly and make it easy on yourself, you won't have a bit of problem doing this. And you'll be surprised at how much weight you'll lose without thinking twice about it. It doesn't require a drastic change in your lifestyle, nor any change at all in your diet. So it should be very easy to make it a daily routine.

What kinds of activities should you choose? Try walking around the block. On days when you have some shopping to do, park a block away from your destination. Or at the other end of a large parking lot. Another choice is to walk up a flight of stairs, rather than taking an elevator, every time you encounter one. If you have kids, go out and play a game of tag with them. Or run around the yard with your dog. It doesn't have to be hard, and it doesn't have to seem like exercise. But it does burn calories. And the more you do it over time, the more weight you'll lose naturally!
