We all want there to be a magic bullet when it comes to weight loss. There seems to be a new diet product out every day that will supposedly help you to lose pounds without effort, exercise, or dieting. Unfortunately, they seldom work. What's worse is that they are often dangerous to your health. Even those that work for a time don't help you keep the weight off long term.
The simplest way to lose weight and keep it off is still a normal, healthy diet. One that is rich in fruits and vegetables, natural fiber, and low-fat protein sources. Along with a healthy diet, we all need to get at least 30 minutes of active exercise a day. This isn't a magic bullet, but it's pretty simple. And in the long run, is the only "diet" that is guaranteed to keep you at your natural weight for the rest of your life!
